fit:mix offers a fully customisable, total body workout. The interval workouts contain a structured array of cardio, strength and abdominal exercises. With over 200 exercises, each workout features a different combination to give you the ultimate fit:mix.
Every fit:mix workout is different, challenging and designed for you.
fit:mix can be used at home, at the gym, at the park or on your travels, with or without equipment. You control the workout duration, fitness level, focus area and available equipment.
Duration: Set the duration for your workout. Grab a 15 minute workout if youre pushed for time, or challenge yourself with a longer session. Workout duration stats are recorded in the app.
Fitness level: fit:mix offers 5 progressive levels (rookie, trainee, contender, athlete and champion). As you progress through the levels, you will unlock more advanced exercises and more challenging split times.
Focus area: Every time you exercise, fit:mix will generate a well balanced, full body workout. Use the focus area to target a specific muscle group (abs, arms, back, chest, glutes and legs).
Equipment: fit:mix can be used with or without equipment. fit:mix will incorporate available equipment (dumbbells, medicine ball, resistance band and gym ball) into your workouts.
The fit:mix program has been developed by professional personal trainers; Hayden and Sahar. Both trainers are qualified to international standards (ISSA & AIF) and have 25 years of combined personal training experience. Their extensive knowledge has been captured in this app to provide a progressive, structured and challenging total body workout.
